3. Products and Donation Club Subscriptions We offer physical books and an optional, membership-based "Donation Club" subscription. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or subscription service without notice at any time.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy We stand behind the quality of our products, but our refund policy varies depending on the product type:

  • Physical Books (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee): We confidently stand behind the quality of our physical books. If you are not satisfied with your standalone book purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date by contacting us at support@christian-pages.shop. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Note: This 30-day policy specifically applies to standalone physical book purchases and does not apply to Donation Club Subscriptions.

  • Donation Club Subscriptions (Strictly No Refunds): Our Donation Club grants you immediate access to highly valuable, exclusive content and supports our Operation. Because this digital value is delivered and consumed immediately upon joining, all Donation Club subscription payments are strictly final and non-refundable.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your Donation Club subscription at any time to prevent future recurring charges. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Donation Club until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

  • Right of Withdrawal (For European Union Consumers Only): If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right is legally waived for digital content and digital services under the following conditions: By purchasing a Donation Club Subscription, you expressly consent to the immediate execution of the contract before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You acknowledge and agree that by giving this consent, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal. Therefore, the strict "No Refund" policy for the Donation Club fully applies, overriding the statutory withdrawal period. (Note: The statutory withdrawal right still applies to your physical book purchases, which is covered by our 30-day guarantee).

5. User-Generated Content If you submit, upload, post, or share any content on our platform, you grant Ecom Management LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media, including for our own marketing and advertising purposes, without compensation to you.

6. Data Collection, Privacy, and Third-Party Advertising Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that we collect user data and utilize third-party tracking and advertising services, specifically including Google and Meta (Facebook). Your data, including browsing behavior and purchase history, may be shared with these third-party platforms for the purpose of analytics, personalized advertising, and remarketing.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES DELIVERED TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' FOR YOUR USE. IN NO CASE SHALL ECOM MANAGEMENT LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICE.

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
